FAQ

Is billing per user?

No. Billing is per workspace subscription. Add as many team members as you need inside your plan limits.

Can clients upload files too?

In this MVP, agency members upload and version files. Client users review, approve/reject, and sign.

Do you support public file buckets?

No. Uploaded files stay private and are streamed through authorized routes or validated share links.

Can we start without SMTP configured?

Yes. Invite/share links are still generated for copy-paste delivery; email sending activates once configured.
